Was the Gold version of this card never produced?

Hello, mom hoping someone can tell me if there was a gold/numbered version of this Jerry Rice card from the 2000 Upper Deck Black Diamond? I’ve not been able to find it on any website, including EBay and Google. Could it be that UD never produced it?

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

Anything short-printed from the early 2000s (at least for Upper Deck brands anyway) can be difficult to find anywhere, so it may take some patience ------------------------------- * Ed * L8 * Cards in my personal Collection are unavailable *

As BigEd mentioned, you can't think of '90s/early 2000s serial numbered cards in the same way you would the equivalent numbered card from today's releases. A card /1000 is reasonably rare but will pop up with some patience. Once you start getting down to /100 they are very rare and extremely pricey, especially if from the '90s.
