1995 Maxx Premier Plus Racing Forum

This set's checklist was likely posted a long time ago, but many of the cards have a "Name" that does not match what's on the checklist & what's on the actual card.  Perhaps this was done before PID links were created & someone wanted a "#24 Chevrolet" card to show up on a "Jeff Gordon" search.

Since this set's checklist was likely also used to populate the nearly-identical set "1995 Maxx Crown Chrome", these discrepancies show up again.  In the case of the Crown Chrome - which have no "backs" or card numbers - it is confusing enough to figure out what you've got in your hands.

I changed a couple card names, but thought I'd ask about it before continuing.

Looks like most were uploaded in December 2015, but "Bob's Car" is allowed as the Name on this site even when the card and checklist just list a driver name or a number/make combination.

From the site's Rules/Guidelines:

Guideline10F—Many Racing cards picture the competing vehicle instead of the driver, especially in NASCAR. The Name field for such cards should reflect this and a Note is not needed to report that a car or truck is pictured. For example, a card showing the #46 car driven by John Doe is properly listed with “John Doe’s Car” in the Name field and linked to John Doe’s PID, with no additional Note.
