1992 Classic Four Sport Multi-Sport Forum

Good day, I submitted a request a few months ago to add this card to the checklist for 1992 Classic Four Sport autographs and was requested by an admin to add images of the card here.  There is no serial number on the card but it bears the Classic authentication message on the back.  I've never seen one before and there's no data on it anywhere I've looked.  Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for confirming with images. I'm surprised there's no hand numbering on the lower front though. Anyone else have insight on this one?
