Images & Card Numbers Appear Incorrect

I have just join the TCDb about a week ago and have been working to sort through my collector and add to the site. I have the "P2" which is the Jeff Gordon card. It does not match the back of my card. On further exploration it appears other cards of this insert set are also based on the base set.
