I'm trying to add some scans and I guess I have some cards from this set. I'm confused though as on the cards they say Panini and a copyright date of 2002. That is unless the scans that have been added so far are wrong. If so could someone steer me in the right direction. If it is the correct set, any reson why it says 2006 and Inkworks and not 2002 and Panini? I know nothing about Naruto nor do I care to, but just a little interested in how this set was created for the site.

They were produced by Panini and distributed by Inkworks. They were released in March 2006. The ©2002 is the Naruto writer/illustrator's copyright, not the cards.

The promo cards and sell sheets have Inkworks on them but not the cards themselves. The cards only have Panini on them. "Panini Naruto Ninja Ranks" would probably be a better set name.
