There are currently 3 NNOs listed at the end of this set, two are booklets containing the rules for playing this CCG and the third is a notepad to check off during gameplay. I don't think any of these should be listed as part of the card set, but am unsure if they should be a) moved to Single Card Inserts or b) have images moved to Packaging or c) not be listed on here at all. Thoughts?

I'm not entirely sure what these items are from the scans, but the the two rules booklets look like they are only part of a series of related items, given the page numbers listed, so it's not clear if we have them all listed at present. In any event, I don't consider those to be "cards," and I'd vote for them to be included with the packaging materials or dropped entirely; I don't see much difference either way. The checklist item looks more like a "card" but if it's a sheet from a pad of identical pages that are different from the card stock I'd have a similar issue with it as well. It does appear to be more a part of the "game" than a rulebook is, but other Gaming sets have playmats or the like that are used in the game but not listed here, so I don't see that as the deciding factor. Also curious if this is printed on both sides as the images suggest or if this is blank backed. Why not file an IR and let Admin have the last word on it?

They should not be listed as any part of the card set.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Thanks for the responses, I was leaning towards none being included here. Packaging at best, but didn't know if there were differences for the Gaming category.

The "checklist" is a pad of paper with a cardboard backing . At least 50 sheets (probably 100 or more) of the exact same front/back shown in the scans.

IRs have been filed, noting that Admin will likely need to make the call and pointing to this thread.
I'm not even sure how the rule books were distributed. I just recently ran across a box I must have opened when they came out and didn't have either, but had saved wrappers and had the 'checklist' pad in there. I may have sold some of these a few years back and could have included them in that sale if they were included in the box. I vaguely recall seeing them before, but my memory of 1996 is a bit hazy.

Thanks, IR filed to get images for that one moved to Packaging -> Set and delete the NNO3 entry.
