1980 Topps Rickey Henderson?

This Strikeout Leaders example is the oddity. The OPs Rickey card has the correct color cardboard for a blank back 1980 Topps card. I've owned dozens over the years (not of Rickey). I'm a bit puzzled on the card stock of the Strikeout Leaders card.
