1995 Signature Rookies Football Forum

These 2 sets are combined on here. International is listed as a Parallel set. These were in seperate boxes when released. I have seen both boxes listed on ebay over time. I have 2 Ad sheets showing 500 cases were produced of International & 1995 cases were produced for Draft. Shouldn't these be separated into 2 different releases?
