What is the Stautner Error?

This card has only one entry, a COR for the correct card number. What is the error for this card, or should the note be deleted? 1991 Enor Pro Football HOF #130 Ernie Stautner \| Trading Card Database (tcdb.com)

The error is because the number is transposed as 103. It is here and properly identified in the checklist.

The ERR is card #103.
