It looks like there is a checklist for the 1992 Mootown Foldout Panels that were inserted in the cheese packages.

Panels were also inserted into the cheese panels for the 1991 Mootown set.

I have never eaten more cheese than 1991-92 when Mootown Snackers had baseball cards in them. 

FWIW, the 1991 panels seem to be a little bit harder to get than the 1992 panels.

I am marking all the 1991 images as incomplete so they can be replaced with the complete image.

I think the images for the 1991 Mootown Snackers are correct. Those are the ones that you could purchase from the company.

Those cards are different than what was inserted in the cheese. The ones with the cheese had the order tab attached with instructions on how to purchase the set.

I think another set should be added, so there are two distinct sets like the 1992 Mootown Snackers.
