Found a potentially missing set: https://www.comc.com/Cards/Basketball/1998-99/Collectors_Edge_Impulse_-_Jersey_City_99_Markers,sc

Been searching through player pages for these card numbers and not finding anything. If this set needs to be added, does it go here in '98 Collector's Edge Impulse?

Were these cards released in packages of this product? If so, then yes, they belong here. If not, no. They belong in the product in which they were released.
