The cards from this set need to be merged into this one created by Admin

We'll need the following IRs:

1 - Remove any images from the set to be deleted (if they exist in the set that stays)
2 - Move any collection data from those same cards that had images

3 - Move any images and colllection data (if they don't have images in the set to keep)

4 - Once all images and collection datas has been moved, 1 more to remove the set

This one https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/93247/ has no images and only one card in one collection.  But it does have Sell Sheet/Ad images, which should be moved.

It also has Inserts and Related listings.  I'm not sure if it would be easier to fix the listing that has the images loaded, or to move all of the images and collection data to the more complete listing.

Since the former would certainly require Admins help (moving sell sheet images) and the latter could be aceived by L8's, I'm inclined to agree with the OP that the images should be moved to the more complete listing.

I could see the argument for either direction with the merging, but I looked at it this way:

1) Neither one has huge collection numbers. It's an Australian set from 25 years ago.
2) Admin's one has the inserts already while the other one didn't, and even if we added them to the other one, it's more to delete from Admin's one.
3) Admin created his six months earlier.
4) Admin.

The other thing I would add to Dan's list is to make sure the Name fields are OK and clean up any OCD stuff like capitalization.
