I wouldn't be opposed to adding Wayne to each of the cards, but, per TCDB's guidelines, the person of focus on the cards is really the only person named on the front. Therefore, to stay aligned with the guidelines, Wayne should not be part of the card name or linked.
Additionally, I looked into the ITG Bowman Factor cards and wondered why the discrepancy. Turns out these cards are very much different (and not just autographed versions of the "base" version). The Bowman Factor and Bowman Factor Gold cards are portrait-oriented relic cards, and the relic is from the player named, not Bowman. The 2 Autos sets are landscape-oriented autograph cards with autographs from both Bowman and the other person named. Again, these are formatted correctly according to the site rules/guidelines.
