In my mind, all Smokey Bear sets (US Forestry Dept.) should be classified as oddball, NOT team-issue. Other than giving a photographer permission to take pictures of the players, team had little else to do with the manufacture of the set- including paying for the sets to printed. This set has classified and re-classified several times.
