I see you added the front/back images. Is it a single card with 4 patches on front and 4 on back? The reason I ask is because I see others which have a certificate of authentication [1]. Did yours come with one? If so, is it a separate card, sleeve, or something else? Trying to determine if the current images are acceptable or if the authentication needs to be part of the image or otherwise.

I fear it might be like those Balll Park cards that has all the batches on both sides of the card (that is the way the checklist looks) with a separate COA card. If it is a case of the COA cards being separate there shoud be some clear link or note thet lets people know that there are technically 2 separate cards.. Do those COA cards get some checklist as "insert"?

The checklist images should be the front and back of the card itself, and as of now the separate COAs haven't been documented, but any associated "card number" can be added to Note2 of the card.

I have a couple of these like this from Exquisite where the card number is on a separate card with the COA and the only identifier on the card is the COA number on one side w/ the SN on the other. Would be nice to add this one to the McFadden collection

Its one card. I didnt get a COA It just has a code on one side.
