Never got the cards.

sep 23 - transaction accepted
oct 3 - he received the cards and told that he was WAITING TO GET THEM BEFORE SENDING HIS. " I always wait til I receive packages from folks before I send out." Good to know before a transaction.
oct 19 - i wrote to tell i haven't got the cards
nov 13 - he marked the transaction as completed. I still have nothing.

If I receive, i will change for neutral. Definitely not a good transaction partner.
