Hi Rob,
Sorry for the issues. I can only learn and grow from this experience. I did not get a chance to respond to your message you left me yesterday evening asking for tracking, so I believe your feedback is a bit abrupt and harsh. But, that’s your prerogative I suppose.
I didn’t receive tracking information, I sent it the 3rd time through self service - which looking at it doesn’t give you tracking information. I can assure you this was placed in the mail again for a 3rd time with the appropriate amount of postage.
Also, weren’t you notified that something requiring additional postage was mailed to you, but again, I’m very sorry for the delay. My hope is you receive the cards shortly and are enamored with their prestige condition.
