Distributed as 3-disc perforated panels in specially-marked packages of Tetley Tea products. Discs are red with yellow and blue accents and "Third Annual Collectors' Edition" in white print on the front, and the primary horizontal blue area has "TETLEY" in white print. Printed by MSA. The base checklist is the individual discs, while 3-disc panels are listed as a parallel under Inserts/Related. Please note some discs were erroneously distributed with "Fourth Annual" on the front and were later corrected.
