Can be distinguished from the 1978 set in that these discs were printed on the boxes and encircled with a cutting line instead of die-cut and inserted. 60 of the discs included wiffle ball advertising on the back. Each box contained 5 players - three on the outside of the box and two on the inside. The backs are different for the outside vs. inside discs. 28 of the discs were only included on Bat & Ball sets; these discs have blank backs and folds through them.
