Distributed as 3-disc perforated panels in specially-marked packages of Tetley Tea products. Discs are yellow with red and blue accents and "Second Annual Collectors' Edition" in red print on the front, and the primary horizontal blue area has "TETLEY" in white print. Printed by MSA. The base checklist is the individual discs, while 3-disc panels are listed as a parallel under Inserts/Related.
