Otto Furrer was a world-class Swiss skier from Zermatt, Switzerland. In 1932, he won the silver medal in the slalom and the bronze in downhill in Cortina d'Ampezzo. He excelled at alpine skiing and cross country. This card shows him at cross country skiing. -- The number on the back of the card is #33, which is the page number on which to put the card in the Handbook of Sports. |
