A bit of a mystery here. According to the offer mentioned on the back of card #13, this card was supposed to be foil stamped, and serial numbered. The card I have has the same finish texture as the other cards in this set, and the focus of the images is no different. There is always the possibility that this is a forgery. I am more inclined to believe there was a problem with the foil stamping, and perhaps the redemption offer for the bonus card was scrapped.

Why the card is not as advertised? I have no answer, since my search for an explanation has come up empty.
