Me and the neighborhood kids did not get our sets from ESSO but at the little league baseball concession stand on Ft. Buchanan, Puerto Rico in maybe the summer of 1973 or 74. I kept mine, everybody else including my brothers had coin fights and threw them at each other. In fact the woods at the entrance to our neighborhood probably still has a buncha rusted out coins buried in the dirt. My plaque disappeared and probably ended up with the rest of my toys including my Evel Knievels at the thrift store on Ft Hood, Texas. | ||
