“ This is a great set if you like rookies because there are a bunch! ” -carthage44

“ Even though the Jays wore this cap for a few seasons, it's odd to see the old Toronto logo on solid blue cap, not a white-paneled one. ” -jlaz10

“ Not a bad card, but still has too many 90's styles to make it a "good" card. ” -vrooomed

I knew a lot of collectors didn't/don't like this design, but I love it. Too bad the set was small and not loaded. It's one of the best designs Topps has ever had. Seriously, I rank this design with some of the vintage sets. This could have been 1957 Bowman. I say '57 because if I'm not mistaken, the design for '56 Bowman was done and ended up being used for the Hire's Root Beer set (Knothole design also seen in 2003 Bowman Heritage prospects). Correct me if I'm wrong on that though, that's the story I have in my head.

Oh, there's a clock in my head and despite what it said, another one on the wall. They don't agree at all...

I also like the design. The only change I would make is have the card number sitting "on top of" the MLB logo, instead of crooked like it is.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

Tips on how to make your scans look like the card does in hand (No more washed out, fuzzy scans!):

I was looking at the set on the database. I think there's a mistake. I imagine there are 2 checklists for the set. There is a scan of a front and back but the numbers don't add up. The front has a listing for cards 1-94 and the back has listing for 287-385. I believe those scans need to be separated for 2 different cards.
