I see it as in the lower end of a 1-10 card. I really believe that ALL CARDS should have the following features no matter the sport:
1 - Name, First & Last
2 - Team Name
3 - Position(s)
4 - Borders - of some type, not those with none that are hard to call centered or not BUT I like Fleer Flair from 93 to 96 in all sports a lot - they are more like art to me.
5 - Back - Stats & Trivia or Info that's informative so to "know the player or team better."
6 - Focused Photos, some are too grainy or contrast is really high with lens flare that's abundant on any 83 Topps, Donruss or Fleet Baseball.
I do not care for patches, game used or autographs that only have a COA on backs, they should have a few sentences about the athlete at least.
My favorite sets are 83 Baseball in Topps bcz of the "Action Shots" , smaller "Head Shot" on front and Trivia & Stats or Facts on the backs. They are hard to find centered, focused, w/o lens flare or print lines from the process etc. So many factors in those sets make or break them & that's what makes them desirable, rarity....
