Ok, opening up a thread to allow everyone to heap praise on the sellers out there whom we have dealt with, and love to deal with. Only rule here - NJDevils is NOT allowed to talk up stoicguy on ebay, I'm not allowed to talk about how great vrooomed is, etc. :) Also, if it's your best friend or dad, or mom, off limits. Just the people you have bought from and had either excellent service or all around great experiences.

Of course, I'll start.
gregmorriscards (ebay) - sometime tough to get the items I want because they usually go pretty high (because they usually have really high-quality vintage), but they are reasonable. The start most of their auctions at 99 cents and let them ride. They also charge a flat shipping fee, no matter how many items you win. They've been prompt, well-packaged, and have even let me go a little beyond their 1-week window for combining purchases.
fitzyssportscards (ebay) - same as Greg Morris - except one time fitzy's sent me a water damaged card (hard to see in the scan). When I told him about it, there were no questions asked, and if I hadn't already had more purchases from him in the pipeline, I would've gotten a refund. As it was, he took good care of me, and we worked together to figure it all out (I think there was a problem with availability of another card or cards).
Burbank Sports Cards (ebay, Beckett) - I know this may sound odd, but they've been great for me. Prices are set, and in some cases aren't too far from BV, but they have a great assortment, and depending on which site you use, you usually can get a deal on the shipping or the cards themselves.
robbucjr - My source for team sets. Great prices to start with, and fully negotiable. Quick turnaround and always well-packed.
I'll have to look, but I have more.

Sportlots.com (most active right now)
Mantlerulz (vintage)
Siriussportauctions (vintage)
Tripleplayvintagestore (vintage)
Fritschcards (reprint sets only)
Krukcards (few unique items)
Burbanksportscards (newer inserts mostly, but some vintage too)
Battersbox (prices have been going up more and more, so my purchases have been less and less here)
Countryraiseddad (hidden secret for large lots of vintage baseball on ebay with very low starting bids; advertises lots in low grade, but cards look much nicer; does not always have listings available)

Yes, I have to add to mantlerulz - he has been great to work with too.
As for SportLots - I love the site - some of the sellers send things a little too "economy" in some cases. I have only had 3 or 4 "bad" experiences, but both times the sellers either refunded me or sent the right card.
back to ebay - puckstopshere - good for hockey stuff.

I've made a multi-card order with 1967dew and everything was great. Free shipping on an order for less than $10 was a nice treat as well.

Investinbaseball has high quality cards at reasonable prices and the scans are good enough quality to really see what you're getting. There is always a great assortment of football and baseball cards, but I know basketball is on there too.

ebay.. just inserts / auto's for me.. and when i need a good laugh, had quite a few very people over the years, but-
stevesportscards-me : he's always done good for me, has a lot of low numbered cards and always willling to change the prices for me.
jussdreamn- bought a lot of older packs and always threw in some good oldie inserts. great communicator and chatted a few times via email. very personable.
Chicagocardsdotcom- cant complain here either, got a few inserts and older packs, dropped prices for me and if they were short on something always willing to work around an issue.
emoncards- very pricy , but finds some great raraites. he's a local rich guy that travels around the US, buying up displays at card shows then flips them.

I have to give a shout out to......Battersbox.......as 1 person said there prices have been steadily going up. That said, they offer a 14 day return, and ship super quick ( IMO the fastest on ebay). Battersbox will also have sales, which I try to stick to in order to keep the price doable.
