I like the frames a lot Joshua! My only card frames are the kind you can buy at Michael's Arts & Crafts and only hold 20 cards in cases. I have one each for MLB (mostly Ozzie Smith cards), NFL (all Panthers cards) and NASCAR (mostly Jimmie Johnson).

So these were given to me with some prints and I tore them out - boy that was work - to use for my cards. I still have about five frames that I am working on displaying famous (or infamous) plays, i.e. this will make Chad happy, Hail Mary (Dallas over Minnesota).
Basically I do a write-up of the game, or situation, and display the cards of the primary players concerned.

Awesome idea. Now on to some ???????, Did you mount the cards in penny sleaves and attached how? Assuming you used penny sleeves.
Frame? etcs. Can't post pics like that without details.

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

I used this technology called tape. Nothing fancy.

I don't understand why you would write about such a sad day in football history.

The way Sportz has his on the wall reminds me of the Sen. Heinz History Museum in Pittsburgh. There are 2 floors there devoted to local sports, and on a couple walls, they have pretty much every Topps card ever made of a Pirate or Steeler, plus a lot of pre-Topps. All displayed like that.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Call me a masochist!
Seriously, I actually recall the emotional rollercoaster of that game. I was watching it at my grandparent's home in Abilene, Texas, generally Cowboys country, but I was with my uncle who's only concern was wagering on games. He began teasing me about the game when it was apparent that the Vikings were going to defeat Dallas. He was relentless, and I was a shy type. Well, we know the result and away went my shyness as I laughed with joy in my uncle's face. There were two shocking events at grandpa's house that day.

I just finished a little project in my collecting room. Initially inspired by Joshua's post, but it went another direction after seeing a display at a flea market. My intent is to display a card from every Topps football set from '56 to '15.
Right now the top row is '56 to '69, the second row is '70 to '79, the third row '80 to '86. The fourth row is a couple autographs and a few Fran Tarkenton cards and the last row is a few cards I had in screw-downs already.
I would have completed it but I don't have anymore screw downs; so the project is on hold until I get more.
