Edit: OK I guess all my babbling can be ignored. I guess all 3 "base" sets are just the same "base" set with different prefix numbers to give the "base" set 100 cards.
You're right it doesn't appear to be in the database yet.
Here is a link to the cardboard connection checklist for this set. Looks like the numbers you have for the NXT-# and WWE-# are it.

They show the R numbers as the "base roster" set and combine the NXT and WWE numbered cards as "Best Matches and Moments" set. Huh? Maybe the database needs to separate them into 3 different listings each with their parallel sets and the inserts listed as inserts to the "Roster base" set?
Looks like a complicated set to enter here. WHY Does Topps do this sort of stuff?
