Listed HERE Don't see any for sale, but some from the same set on eBay going for a few hundred to a couple thousand. Yours is in a bit of rough shape, although never quite sure what it would be worth to the right collector.

Very cool! They seem pretty tough to come by, I search for a Milwaukee player every once in a while for giggles because I'd love to own an example some day.
