Looks like we're missing a parallel that was randomly issued in the Blue Wave packs distributed through wrapper redemption

The entire 110-card Chrome Prospects insert set is available in a Blue Wave Refractor parallel. Collectors could receive a pack of five Blue Wave Refractors by redeeming 24 Hobby, 10 HTA, or 36 retail wrappers of 2013 Bowman Baseball. Randomly inserted in these packs are Red Wave Refractors, which are serial-numbered to 25.
