The 250-card base set was sold as a series of three products:
1-50 in 1999 "Just The Start" boxes
51-150 in 1999 "Just Imagine" boxes
151-250 in 1999 "Justifiable" boxes

Each series also had four different inserts:
"The Start" = Due, News, Nine (1st series; box-topper), Power
"Imagine" = Debuts (box-topper), Longshots, Nine (2nd series; 1:240), Stars
"Justifiable" = Debuts (2nd series; 1:240), Drafted (box-topper), The Facts, Spotlights

Poseable action figures (available in "hitting" or "fielding" styles) were also packaged with hobby & retail boxes of "Justifiable", including: Hank Aaron, Michael Barrett, John Elway, Gabe Kapler & Ricky Williams.
