Go to your Main Collection and it's the last section prior to the series of Report links.

OK, found the In-Transit listings. However, it doesn't show 1] Did I trade them away, or trade for? 2] Who I traded with? Some of these trades look to be old ones.
How would you handle any trades you don't recognize? Delete?
I'm tempted to clear the decks except for recent ones I recognize. NOW On my side of the trade, if I show I have the card, ok, but what if I show 2, maybe that card was traded away. The bottom line would be my collection inventory would be fairly accurate but my T/S inventory would be off by any cards I deleted. Does that make sense? ~BOB~

Odds are you made some trades where your partner didn't go through the steps completely and the cards are in limbo..From what I know, there's no way to know if the cards are coming or going or who the trade was with unless you have a good memory..
The only way I verified/audited mine was to not trade for a few weeks and let everything catch up..
It'd be awesome to see this list and know if the cards were going or coming and who the trade was with..

Yeah, there's nothing to distinguish why they're In-Transit. If you have any trades that are still "In Progress" and they haven't closed them out, those should be there (although I have found a few that didn't make it to that list but haven't figured out why). If, like Bill said, they didn't go through all the proper steps to close out a trade, then there's a possibility those cards are there, too. And, one can also put cards In Transit, which I do when trying to confirm the number of any card I have that isn't matching my inventory, or if I've purchased one that I'm waiting to arrive.

Admin is currently working on a tool to fix the limbo cards. I was testing it last weekend and it's open for all to test (just go to the new ideas area).

What you've just tried on the new features is not what you inquired about initially, Bob. THAT feature is to ensure that individual trades are being processed as they should be using the Transaction Tools.
When you were at the page where you posted what's quoted below, THAT'S where you want to be. THAT'S ALL of them, And as mheilenman explained you can use the print function to get a page that will show you everything in PDF. Beyond that you won't find what you're really wanting to know if I interpret correctly - as In-Transit in regards to specific trades you were part of. The only way I've found to check that out is to click on each card in a trade and see how it shows up.
Now regarding unrecognized trades, I'm afraid just deleting them if they're In Progress is not possible. And I'm certain your trade partners wouldn't be happy if that actually happened. Any offers or proposals have 30-days to be addressed or the system automatically deletes them, but those would not have been accepted by either party, therefore even you would be able to delete them.
Your last paragraph didn't make sense to me, so I won't even try to address it except to say that the premise still seems to be that you'd be able to delete a trade that is in progress and that is NOT possible with the tools. You can always CHOOSE to not send cards, but that's going to come back and bite you in the butt with negative feedback, and frankly, that's the reason to do whatever you need to do to complete ALL trades. I'd contact the person if you're having difficulty determining if cards were received, or if you don't have cards. You know, the way you and I have done in our trades. One just informs the other and tries to make amends/adjustments as necessary.

Joshua~~OK, I understand that now. Seems strange with all the great ADMIN upgrades we wouldn't be able to do this. Maybe a gliche that needs to be addressed.
Meanwhile, I noticed in a drop down that In-Transit Cards can be moved all over "ones" collection as well as deleted [not recommended, lol] I spent some time with my In-Transit cards yesterday, There are many showing up from long ago, I think pretty safe to delete. I also recognized some cards that were part of a transaction but the trade was modified with messages but not in the manager. Trying to cleanup my collection, the In-Transit just a bit sticky. Thanks for helping so early, I'm up really early. ~Bob~
