OK so you are paying the same as USPS charges. I looked it up 9.oz at the price your quoting "$4.33" is for crossing 8&9 zones with the new system. no money saved it the highest price you can pay.
1 to 2 zones for 9.oz is only $3.82. I wonder are you paying a flat fee of $4.33 for 1 to 2 zones? Is it always $4.33 no mater where it's going?
No additional fees for shipping labels?? Sorry look it up, it reads: The Paypal fee is 2.9% of $4.50 or $0.13 plus a transaction fee of $0.30. These fees apply even if you handwrite the label and pay for postage at the PO counter. < I copied and pasted that from the PP website. No savings. Your pay the same it's added in, but you're using your printer ink and paper plus a transaction flat fee of $.43 Paypal does not work for free no one dose. They should call it "U-Pay-pal" They make billions of dollars a year on their small% no one seems to count when paying, but are always there. Penny's make dollars. And I can call my post office and they come out for free to pick up packages as do all shipping company's do.
The drive to the post office is less than 10 minutes for me, to get there and back home. I have a small satellite postoffice nearby and the line. The most I've seen is 4 people ahead of me with 2 counters always open. Except at lunch time.
I'm trying to find out is it cheaper should I try it? Because everything I look up is showing me it's the same price. Plus printer ink is not cheap and the cost of the label paper is now all on me to pay. Ouch the cost is going up at my end.
People say it's cheaper but a few minutes of looking things up and doing the math is showing me it's not and if you're paying a flat fee of $4.33 for all 9.oz packages. You're paying more if it's not crossing 8 zones. 8 zones is 1800 miles or more. zone 9 is international pricing. $4.33 is a zone 8 & 9 price you quoted.
