As I continue to tool around with organizing.....
TCDB: List all acceptable Cards and Collectibles [there are more than you think!] One ID for Collections, another ID for bulk inventory. User Lists for additional info. Forum Signature and links to direct collectors to my website, eBay, Sportlots etc. I'm considering another website for added info like weebly, wix or my site simplesite. Not sure which?
EXCEL: Copy/Paste all sets into Excel. Unlike many, I have to list only sets, just too many cards to track here. I also list all collections. Very Important in locating all cards with number/color code.
GOOGLE DRIVE: Copy/Paste/auto to google drive as an excel backup. @20 workbooks.
GOOGLE SHEETS: Sheets are set up with SHEETGO to automatically update as I update Excel and auto update Google Drive. I also have my Room Maps diagramed here. So with an Ipad I can cross reference my cards vs. location to retrieve cards or file cards from any room.
Is it working? YES, As I physically organize, I digitally organize. It's Taking some dedicated time therefore offer/trade slowdown is in effect. However, recently, I received an offer, found the items quickly, packaged and ready to mail in 1 day......NOW FOR ME...that's improvement! lol.
