Was thinking of writing a letter to Target and Walmart and asking others to sign on to prevent bot purchases online for cards (use a captcha), not allow returns to prevent repackers and limit purchase quantity.   My eyes have been opened to how bad this is while trying to buy 2020 Bowman.  It's terrible.  Has anyone else already done this?  I think we need to complain in big numbers to change this.

I'd say it'd be a waste of time due to the product being non-essential and the smallness of the market.

I agree wit Joshua. Walmart and their vendors don't care where they get their money from as long as they get it.

I recently bought for family at WalMart and he wasnt sure what he wanted when I returned what he didnt want the new "rules" were shown to me, they take hard effect July 1st. Anymore than three of one item and NONE can be returned. To save from cheaters, that was in AB Canada. They let me return the blasters (4) and hangers (4) as they were still sealed in the factory selefane, I kept the heritage and they took back 11 rack packs of opening day. So be warned they are listening.
