Sorry to hear about the hard times; it must have been a scary situation. But I'm glad to hear that things are working out now--possibly better than before. Sometimes those rough patches make the new opportunities so much sweeter and it's a blessing.

Glad to know there are truly happy endings. After the week I have had I was close to the end of the rope but your words bring encouragment and hope. Thank you for that, life truly can be a cruel peice of work.

I feel your pain and enjoyment on finding a new job. I also had an experience like that, Back in 2017 I was told my position was going away so i put the fealers out and was offered a job with a major company with a really nice pay raise. Fast for 90 days and they decided they did not need the position either and I was unemployed for 9 months. felt like my life went to S***. Couldn't get hired because I had to much experience whatever that meant. Almost lost my house, about 8 months into my unemployment I interviewed for a position with another company and got the job. What a great group of guys and every day it is enjoyable to go to work. 5 months into this new job my wife told me she wanted a divorce. Found someone else. Oh well

Thanks everyone. My biggest reason for sharing was for all of us to remember that there are people out there that are going through rough times maybe due to finances or health or a number of things. It's great to have this site to step away and have some enjoyment so please have some understanding when someone is maybe a little slow to respond to a trade offer or whatever. This is the one site I must go to every day. There are a lot of great members and I want us to keep this as a place to visit each day where we find a little happiness. Peace to all.
