PWE with two top loaders with cereal box cardboard to Canada - regular postage cost?

Hi folks, what would the cost to ship a PWE with two cards in top loaders and cereal box cardboard from Oregon to Canada? Trying to buy a couple of low-end cards from someone from the US and wanted to know the shipping costs.

Standard international postage for letters is $1.20. Given you are using top loaders you might want to use an additional stamp b/c of thickness. The flatter the better I was told. I mailed 12 cards in a three pocket page (4 cards per pocket) with cereal cardboard and it cost me $2.63. Bubble mailers are rediculous for what you are sending. I was quoted $14.50 by my local P.O. for that in addition to filling out a customs form. Are you using a #10 envelope? It also seems to take longer going from the US to Canada than it does from Canada to the US.
