I was wondering if there was a way to mark/tag a card in your PC catalog on here if you need to replace it if it's damaged for a future switch out?

IE:

If I needed a new 90-91 Score Canadian #1 Wayne Gretzky because the one I have in my collection is damaged/creased/what-have-you, is there already a function (maybe in the editing section) that I could put in place when I look through my collection that would show me what I needed for damaged cards? 

I believe you can do a detailed edit and note that in the comment. 

Or you can tag it on the card page using Add Tag. 

I saw your post just after adding some cards to my Wantlist. 

I was using the "Edit Details" option in the drop-down menu - which allows you to put a note on that particular want/have/trade.  However, I would not recoomend it for your case, since the "Detail" note only shows up if you're looking at the individual card's page.

My suggestion would be to create another Collection in your profile for your "need replacement" Wantlists.

Others may have better ideas...

"Add Tag" on the card page puts the database's card in the database's "Tags" file.  You can add personal Tags to your individual cards in the "Detailed Add" or "Edit Details".

In the worst case, you can always add another copy to your want list. That way, you'll have one in your collection and that card will also appear in your want list.

So far, this seems like it's the most viable option at this point. May put a suggestion in later for an addition to the site at some point. Maybe like a colour addition or something for a damaged card (maybe a red option or something). I dunno spitballing yknow.

Make another collection list with the cards you have that have issues, but you want to replace with better examples.  And title the list "need replacement," or whatever you want to title it.
