According to a town facebook post, my local post office here in Amherst NH has been hit by Covid pretty bad. They have no drivers to deliver mail. I have had no deliveries at all this week. Also, all my packages say "available for pickup" yet the actual office has been locked with no lights on for days. Word around town is they all have covid. Wish they would at least throw a sign on the door. Getting crazy over here. I guess I will have to leave my trading off for a bit longer. Any other towns hit like this right now?

The PO is apparently having a lot of trouble everywhere. I have numerous eBay packages that have been in transit for over a week.

Turning off trading because my collection is in complete disarray after moving and I don't know when I can get it organized.

Mail has been fairly normal here in Texas both with trades and purchases - even sending packages to NJ have arrived within timeframe over the past couple of weeks.

All New York Yankees cards are welcome to join my collection. I'm also interested in recreating my main childhood collection, which consisted of mostly 1974 and 1978-1982.

No major postal issues here. The whole county has figured out that Fedex is useless so all the packages are going through UPS instead so they are super busy. The mail has been fine.

Sounds like you need to buy a pair of plain blue pants, a plain blue jacket that you can leave unzipped or zipped, and a large satchel bag so that you can show up as a member of the post office reserve. See if you can get dibs on delivering mail to your street to get those trades to you!

Whats funny is I offered to apply or fill in if they would let me start a little later so I could get my son to school in the mornings. Nope.

Haha... arrrgh. Take your help and shove it, apparently. You would think that getting the mail out, period, would be a priority no matter what someone's schedule was.

My two and three day shipping to Houston has been taking an average of 6-7 days. Fine with me as long as it gets there. But if thats their strategy, lower the prices.

Our PO just cannot get people to work. Mail has been coming well after 6 when we close our office.
