I took a road trip yesterday. Expected a card-free weekend, but stopped in a Walmart and bought one pack of 2021 Chronicles baseball. So I'll probably file those away in their proper place. Such a load off my mind, not thinking that I would first have to figure out what color they are and add them to my collection here. If I still was doing that, I probably wouldn't have bought this pack.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Went to a card show in Madison, WI yesterday. Got some cool odds and ends for the PC, mostly baseball but a couple football too. Got a couple cool re-packs too.
Got the Brewers added to the database and sorted in to the PC. Everything else will be added next week.

I found two storage boxes full of cards in a storage closet I wanted to clean up. So this week and last week and the next month or so, I'll be dealing with them. I've been putting them in order, counting them, and adding them to the database. I would say about 90% of them will be going up for trade.
The little bit I've added here has already generated 12 trade proposals last week. So do bear with me as I catch up on any trade you have sent me. I do go in order of receiving the proposals.
The cards are from the 80, 90, and early 2000. They are baseball, football, and hockey cards.

What is that behind you!?! Oh, It's me! Looking at the cards you have, That I want. :)

I put some older 1990's insert cards up on eBay and opened a box of 1993 Action Packed cards looking for Bledsoe, Bettis and Troy Brown. I unfortunately found no 24k gold cards.

When vertigo allowed, I worked on reorganizing my collection. Baseball is finished. On to basketball.

I sent out four TCDB trades yesterday and shot a YT video for one of my subscription boxes.
I usually do smaller trades ~10 cards or less; but I sent one out yesterday with about 60 in it. It took a while for me to pull all those cards and get them packaged up for travel!

It was a card free weekend. Me and Mrs Gunny met with our accountant and finished our taxes. I then treated Mrs Gunny to a nice dinner at Primanti Bros in order to celebrate.

I ended up with 156 1/2 hours out of a 168 hour week. Sad to say looks like this week will not be much different

I am slowly but surely adding my basketball cards. This last week and weekend were adding all the 1991-92 cards which I will finish this week or weekend. Other than that my wife wants to rearrange the whole house including moving my sports cards to a different room. So we will see how that effects the upcoming weekend as well.
