Went to a local card show and picked up this card. Your opinion on a PSA 1 grade? This card is being added to my Ulitmate Hockey card project. One card for every set ever made

it's not counterfeit it was sold on eBay in March 2020 for $13.50 by pwcc_auctions according to the PSA database

I`ve seen a lot worse with a helluva lot better PSA....I`d have that re-graded,if possible..
