Props to Hittinaway who is responsible for making Lance Berkman the second most collected player in my collection - He included a few extra cards in an already lopsided (in my favor) deal.

Also, a huge THANK YOU to KMack as I received a package today with some very nice cards, including four 2018 Topps Heritage - 1969 Topps Deckle Edge cards to add to my growing collection, now up to 5/30.

July 3rd, 2018 will be a date that will not be soon forgotten. Not only simply due to the fact of it being my 4th month anniversary, but for much much more. Today will be remembered as the day on which I was able to personally meet a fellow member of TCDB, that being "dicefoot" a fellow New Brunswicker also. After we had reminisced for quite some time and before heading out he forwarded a rather generous amount (some 327 various cards in hockey, baseball , and non-sport categories) to me in what must surely be one of the most copious "pay-it- forwards" of all times. Kudos to "dicefoot" as those of you who have previously traded with same will attest. I shall remain forever extremely thankful for his generosity.

I've only been a member of the site for a month now and I just received a pay-it-forward stack of wantlist cards from @gregman1000. What a great community! Thanks so much!

- My Definition of "Complete Set": Pretty much everything that fits in a binder, from the box the cards came in to the very last insert and parallel. 1 of 1 AUs and Sketch cards are just bonus to me.

I just sent out 101 cards from 1987 to 1992 to a new member in the Philadelphia area. A new member also .
His want list for 1990 Topps is just 3 cards and for 1981 Fleer is one card

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards

I think I'm (once again) a "victim" of this! Had been buying some small lots on eBay, so when my wife asked if I realized there was a small package with what looked like baseball cards, I figured I had forgotten one of my orders. There were 7 beautiful 1969 Topps cards. I started to integrate them into my collection and realized they were ALL new to me. It's nearly statistically impossible for me to buy a lot of 1969 cards without getting a double. So I check my eBay account. I haven't bought a seven card lot of 1969 cards. These were a random gift! I check the envelope and can't quite read the return address, but it's from New Brunswick, Canada, where someone with whom I've traded resides.
He hasn't confirmed, but I'm going to publicly accuse Dan "PapaG321" of being kind to me. So Thank You so much to him, or whoever did it.
Now to figure out what I can send to whom....

C2C was at it again. Once our meet-up was done and I got a chance to open up the stack he had been babysitting for me I see a stack of about 40 cards extra. He not only cleaned up a few wantlist items but also threw in a copious amount of 83-84 OPC hockey for me. Chuck you are truly a sneaky SOB!! And I thank you. =D
