So , last weekend I made multiple collections to try and organze my collection a little better . Since I did this , at the bottom where it shows my total all collections it actually counts the cards on my wantlist . When I only had one collection my wantlist cards were not counted and shouldn't since I don't have those cards in my collection . Does anybody else that created multiple collections have this same issue ? Did I do something wrong ?

Same issue and was wondering the same thing

Click "all collections" from that screen, left of that number you don't like, and the next screen has what you want to see.  I think the presence of multiple collections results in an extra screen showing up first.
