ON here I haven't noticed any unusually long signatures. Over the years on other forums I have noticed them and they tend to get annoying when they take half the screen. Plus you get tired of seeing the same dang thing taking up half the screen everytimg you check out the board. That is why some forums have done away with signatures all together, while others limit how long a signature can be. Some of those limited ones are too limiting. I'm on one forum where the limit is about 3 or 4 lines of text. I forget how many characters it allows.

It all depends on how the software for the forum is set up. Some forums have the option switch signatures off and on.

I'd be willing to vote this higher than I did if THIS was definitely part of it.

1. Really long signatures are annoying to most. What's long 10 lines more or less?

2. Other than eBay etc, there are presently only 3 available extra links 

3. Best place to add info is on Comments but limited characters.

That's it. What about USER LISTS, are they always available for member viewing?

And I guess, one could use a little of all.....LOL.

User lists are always viewable if the creator has the list open.  You have the option to open or close your own lists at any time.

On mobile, anything more than 3 lines (100 characters) is excessive.
