We currently list 1,895 unique Print Run values starting at PR1 (over 250 sets) to PR25000 (2 sets); if there's a higher one I didn't see it. As you would expect, the list skews towards the lower numbers with round numbers and those related to the year of issue prevalent as they get higher. However, I was surprised at the lowest unique PR number we don't show a set using. You can look it up if you have the time and interest or PM me for the answer, but who wants to guess the lowest currently unlisted PRxx?

I'll take a wild guess...666? Only because I have a list called Number of the Beast.
We have PRs higher than 25000. We have PR100000 and PR150000.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

69 is too low; 666 is too high. My bad for the typo in the first post, those sets go to 250,000.

436 is correct.
That's way higher than I had expected, but it's lower than the first missing SN, which is 607.
There are only 68 PRs and 49 SNs missing from the first 1000, and only 9 unique numbers missing from both, all between 654 and 936.
SNs are most likely to skip numbers ending in 3; there are 10 of those and no 0's in the first 1000.
PRs are most likely to skip 7's (12) and least likely to skip 5's (2); the missing 0's are 760, 780, and 860.
And while there are no PR666's there are 2 sets (3 cards) SN666.

It's all Greek to me, but this may be the best time to ask:
- What does print run mean?
- How is it different from SN?
- Don't all sets have a print run?
- Is a print run different from series prints?
Thanks in advance for the answers.

1. Print run is a specific number of cards that a manufacturer identifies have been printed for the set. Sometimes (often) the PR is listed on the card as "1 of xx" like many of the Tetrad cards and Collector's Edge from the 90s. Sometimes they are just announced by the manufacturer without an indicator on the card itself, like some of the parallels in recent Topps Heritage that Topps has announced only printed 10 or 50 copies of each without actually numbering them.
2. SN are sequentially numbered on the card, "56/99" or "154 of 500" for example, not just "1 of xx" or "1 in a series".
3. All sets have a print run, but most are not limited until the printing stops, and they don't usually count how many they've printed. PRxx on the site is for the announced (I hesitate to use the word confirmed) print run from the manufacturer.
4. I'm not sure, what exactly are you referring to in series prints?
