Earlier this month I did a trade with a user. One of the cards I received was a 2013 Panini Triple Play #14 Anthony Rizzo. Both of us have marked the trade as complete. However, I was curious to receive another trade offer from him today and one of the cards he wanted to trade me was the 2013 Panini Triple Play #14 Anthony Rizzo. I went into my collection of Rizzo cards and selected haves. It's not there, yet the count of Rizzo cards I have is correct. I checked my box of Rizzo cards and definitely have the card!
I then checked the list of cards that he requested from me. Three out of the five don't have anymore but still show as green on my for sale/trade list. (I've since removed them from my for sale/trade list just so no one else requests them.) I have made a few mistakes on here but three on one trade just doesn't seem right to me.
Is anyone else seeing issues like this with their trades or is it just me?

Did both mark Package Received before marking complete?

That I don't know. It was one of my first trades on here so I was (maybe still am!) getting the hang of things. I usually do mark them received first and then complete. I guess maybe I should use the check inventory option on the completed page to check things.

Yesterday I just found this problem has been going on for over a year. I just pulled around 800 cards for a trade and kept finding cards I've traded are still on my "for trade lists". My personal lists show I don't have the cards, The website shows I do and my completed trades show I've traded them.
It is not always moving the cards. It is random some cards move some don't and the oldest one I found was just over a year ago. So when this problem was brought up a year ago and they said it was fixed, it was not. So everyone here has errors on their lists depending on how many trades you have made going back as far as I know to Jun, 2018.

What is that behind you!?! Oh, It's me! Looking at the cards you have, That I want. :)

I would check the link at the bottom of the completed transaction and check and see if they had completed all the steps.

Yes, I like to think I'm pretty meticulous with my collection's organization. It's a good tool in theory, but I can't accept or offer until I get eyes on the cards requested/offered.

I've developed a 3step process for handling my trades but I still pull first before accepting just because I want to ensure I have cards in hand instead of having to scramble afterwards

I don't do a lot of trades and the ones I do are usually for only a few cards. I have always checked to make sure the cards I received were "put" into my collection. About 6 months I noticed that a couple of cards that I had sent out were still listed as available for trade. I went back one year worth of trades a found 7 or 8 cards that I had sent out were still listed as in my collection. Never a problem with those added but I guess, for me, there was a glitch on the removal process. The last dozen or so trades I've made, everything has been fine.

I have been having this problem quite a bit lately. As I have stated I have completed 300+ trades, so i am pretty sure I have been following the procedures correctly. It does seem to be happening to me more on the larger trades. I have one in progress now with 181 cards going each way, and I could not get the cards to go from "for sale" list to "in transaction". Currently working on removing all manually.

K6, I believe you, and believe, too, that the fault is within the system somewhere. Maybe the probability is greater the larger the trade, maybe not, most of my trades tend to be 50+ cards, but I've had the same issue on a trade half that size.
I contacted Admin and he responded with what he determined to be the reason for what the database showed. I disagreed with his determination, but there was no way for me to prove either of our cases.
Now I just accept that the system may be inaccurate. So my trading has slowed tremendously because despite me having confirmed all my inventory from vintage though 1992, and then from 1996 on, I no longer can trust an offer from me or to me without first physically confirming. And recently the only mistake I've made in an offer was because I removed the wrong card from the inventory - it was a 1986 Fleer Superstars card and I removed a different year's card instead and offered the wrong one. That was my bad, and until I'm satisfied that these issues are resolved, then I'll continue double-checking (which some would say one should do anyway).
