Does everyone understand what that's actually there for?

• That's to report errors (or omissions) in the database.

You know what it's not there for?

• Asking questions. That's what the Forum is for.

Please use each responsibly. Any questions found in the Inaccuracy Report (IR) system with a date stamp after today will be closed with "Ask on Forums" as the resolution note.

If it's a question about a set where you're unsure if there's an inaccuracy, ask on the forums first, get the confirmation if it is or isn't, and if it is, then submit the IR to get the change made. There are way too many items in the queue currently that we're having a hard time researching and trying to figure out all these questions.

While I'm on the topic of IRs, please remember to use the link at the "correct level", meaning if you're stating that images for a specific card are incorrect (need to be moved or removed), write the IR on that card's page. There are tools available to us depending on where the IR was written. We cannot move images for card #123 if the IR was written on the checklist's page. It has to be on card #123's page. And if you don't do that, guess who winds up having to enter in a new IR to handle your IR?

Also, if you get a note from one of us asking a question, please answer it ASAP. If we request you to put the info directly into the original IR, there is a link in the e-mail we send to you with that IR number in it for easy reference. Just click that link, on the IR's page, click the "Add Comment" link and enter the info there. Please do no open a new IR or respond directly to us again.

It is very important that all members remember to do these things as your assistance in doing these things allows those who work on making the fixes to do so in a more efficient manner.

If I may add.  When creating a forum thread to ask a question about a specific set or player, use the Forum link on the set's or player's page.

Is that an L8 privilege to move threads to their proper place?

I should be able to begin helping out on IRs once the WS is over.

I know I haven't been on here that long but, I have come across something that is starting to bug me.  I know the admins are busy with many changes happening, but maybe in the future would there be a possibility of a clean up of inactive accounts on here?  I don't know how you all feel but when I am searching for something and I think I have finally found someone that has a card I am looking for, to find out the person hasn't been on this site since 2017!  I wonder if there was a way to either put their account in an archive or just completely delete it.  There would have to be parameters for this thou.  Plus it would clean up a lot of the matching to inactive accounts.

What's your thoughts?

That has come up before...it will not happen, and it should not happen. Admin (there's only one) has put in a parameter to see when a person was last online. 

I asked that on a Card Collections Page  that there be a column for when a member last logged on to save time  checking profiles where member has not been on in last  6 month or year 

This is good. I've been going through IR's and some of them have so little information or they like to add on to the next one like I already knew what their first one said.

I finally reached L8 so I can contribute even more to them. Cause some of my work days are very slow with nothing going on lol

Bump - since we're STILL getting questions in the IRs.

Additionally, allow me to reiterate another point.

Admin has set up a list of "tools" that the resolvers get on each IR. But the list is dependent on whether the IR was written on a card's page or on a checklist / overview page. The ability to delete a card, move images, or remove images is only there when the IR was written on a card's page. The IRs that are written at the checklist or overview page that says "Delete cards 401-440" - is useless to us. We need 40 IRs written on each card that needs to be deleted. And if you aren't the one to do that, it means one of us who are trying to make these fixes has to go in and spend the time doing it.
