Well, the Baseball Hall of Fame Committees put off their votes in 2020, but I'm still on it as far the the Forum Hall of Fame goes. And Budler just passed post number 1000, to join the elite ranks of posters. I confess to being terribly busy right now and not finding much, if any interaction between Mr. Budler and myself, so I shall leave it to others to expound on his glories.
While I'm here, let me give a shout out to Vrooomed, who just passed 10,000 posts, making everyone else's totals seem somewhat pathetic, even the other Hall of Famers. Vrooomed contributions to the site need no introduction. He's amazing.
And on a personal note, after years of being at #11 on the forum postings list, I have dropped all the way to 13th, with more dropping likely. I just have less to say, I guess. But I still love y'all. (Well, not ALL.)
Happy holidays and happy collecting. Stay safe.

As budler just passed his 3-year mark, I noted on that thread that his contributions to the site have proved him to be quite the asset to TCDB. Many of his posts are questions, however, those questions have helped clear up some long-running site issues as well as help clear up a lot of PID confusion.
v3 - your presence is missed. I understand some don't have the time they once did, etc., so I'm not saying you should be here more, but your insight and level-headed responses to some unlevel posts have been a hallmark of your posts. I'm not sure how long our new-found peace and harmony in the forums will last, but the forums, despite much activity the past few days, have been without violation. I may have hinted at more than I should have there. What I am trying to say is that you should be able to love us ALL again. :)

Congrats Budler. Welcome to the club.
Congrats Dan. I think I've already said that.
Nice to hear from you V3. It's understandable that sometimes other things seem more important than this forum.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I’ve been falling down the list myself. Although I at least still show up on the list. I’m actually kind of surprised to be where I am considering there are so many members on the site.

I don't want to know where I rank. At one time, I was #1 by a pretty wide margin. But unlike Dan, I never had anything useful to say. I hope I'm out of top ten now.

Hate to "disappoint" you but you are still comfortably in 4th place even with the year away.

I believe I congratulated Budler on another post (after which it said he still had 8 more to go, so I think there must have been a recount), but I'll say it again- Thank you Budler for all the contributions you've made to the site especially to the forums. I hope you don't end up like all those other people with over 1000 that just yak yak yak. :)
Edit: Oops, I also want to congratulate Vrooomed on passing the 10k mark... See what I mean about yak yak yak :)
As for you v3, it's good to let others get a word in edgewise once in a while. I'm sure you'll be back to yourself soon. If not, let it be known in 10 years time, I hope to catch up to you.

Congrats.
I don't know where I land except in the lower 75% I think. I'm barely over the 1,000 mark.
