I'm aware of the argument against including card values from the site in trade offers and I get it. However, has it already been considered to provide a one click tool that will open a new tab for each linked card? I understand that values aren't to be relied upon entirely, but I still use them as a quick first impression on multi-card proposals and a one-click tool would save me a lot of clicking.

Or does this feature already exist and I just haven't found it?

When clicking on items included in an offer the link takes you to the card. I'm not sure if there's any more to your request than what I understand.

So far, I've used the right click / open new tab method and it works fine when only a few cards are involved. However, I've been building a couple sets and have had some trade offers of 50+ cards. That's a lot of tedious clicking. If there was somehow an option to click once, select from a dropdown or whatever and open tabs for each card link on one side or both all at once, that would save me a lot of clicking.

That feature doesn't exist. You can propose it as a new feature just find the Things To Do link at the bottom of any page and you'll see the New Feature link.

This is already in the New Feature tracker:

I think this would solve your issue.

Yes and no. That looks like an old suggestion that's been voted down at this point and I understand why. My suggestion is a less direct way to serve the same purpose for those who want to.
