I just noticed this yesterday afternoon, and I don't like the way Recent Matches works now. 

So now we go to the list of notifications, then after we click on the set selection drop-down we have to click which member category we want, and then run a report...and do it again after each set selection?

Why would I want a Recent Match with someone who's last sign-in was a year ago?

Please change it back!

I agree. This seems like fixing something that was not broken.

I agree as well.  The whole option to choose different time periods really doesn't mesh with the title RECENT matches.

While I agree the change isn't technically necessary, I don't think you actually have to make use of it. If you only use the top drop down which selects a set, Recent Matches works like it used to.

 

It hasn't been working as usual for me on either my laptop or phone. I used it a few times this morning before posting. I'll try it again at the top of the hour, but I don't believe it works as it used to.

True, but it now takes a second click. Before this addition, you'd select the set and it would automatically go to the page with the matches on that set.

It's a weird unnecessary (and technically impossible, since a "recent match" wouldn't be possible with someone who hasn't even logged in, no?) change...?

Just tried it again and, no, it doesn't work as it used to.

It does for me.. just leave the second drop down set the the default “all members” and click “run report”. It takes one click, just as before.

Oddly enough, the report I ran matched with you!

The only difference I see is if you want to decide on the members who recently logged in with in a shorter period. Otherwise it defaults to its original intent. This works out to eliminate the members everyone was complaining about being marched to. Not logged in recently.
